Professor Kakogawa gives speech at the joint celebration of the 70th Anniversary of Takarazuka City and the 30th Anniversary Symposium of the Tezuka Osamu Manga Museum

On September 8, Takarazuka city celebrated its 70th anniversary alongside the 30th anniversary of the Tezuka Osamu Manga Museum. A symposium titled “Takarazuka the Town that Nurtured Tezuka Osamu” took place at Takarazuka Public Hall. Professor Kakogawa delivered a keynote speech and also participated as a panelist during the symposium.
