The latest model of the pressurized-pipe inspection robot “AIRo-8,” was featured in the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun following its showcase at the Sewage Works Exhibition 2026 in Tokyo. AIRo-8.2 is a robot capable of entering pressurized sewer pipelines(inner diameter: φ200–300 mm) through a 75-mm air valve, and autonomously navigating and inspecting the pipelines.
