On July 28, the Grassroots Innovation Center (GIC) 1st Anniversary event “GIC CONNÉCT” was held at the GIC on Ritsumeikan University’s Biwako Kusatsu Campus. Professor Kakogawa served as a panelist in the keynote panel session, “A New Model of Social Implementation supported by Research, Startups, and Local Companies.”
